Return & Cancellation Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Unopened items may be returned within 14 days from their delivery date in their original condition. You must contact customer service for a Return Authorization before returning any items.
 
Product Conditions
Items must be returned to us in their original, unopened and undamaged condition they left from our warehouse. If manufacture tape, seals or any other indicator of opening is identified, your refund amount will be less or denied. Case assortments must be returned unopened. We cannot guarantee the condition of items inside a sealed case (Returns and exchanged are not available on sealed case items). In the event your item is received damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to get you a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to offer a refund instead of a replacement.
 
Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, or by company check, or store credit depending on the nature of the return.Refund will only be for the item(s)’ price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless received damaged).
 
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for the return shipping cost for returned items. Items must be safely packed for their return. In the event your item is being returned for damages, you will not be responsible for the shipping fees. No international shipping fees are refundable.
 
Price Adjustments
Due to the nature of the collectibles industry and many items having limited availability, items' prices may change. In the event an item you purchased changes in price, you may contact us within 5 days (of order date) to request a price adjustment in the form of store credit. Price adjustments are only honored for orders placed on and prices listed on www.andrewstoyz.com. Third-party marketplace orders and listings are excluded and will not be adjusted.
 
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
In the event your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier, the customer is responsible to pay the price of shipping again to have the order shipped again. Original shipping paid to send the first time is non-refundable. If you no longer want the item, the shipping price will be deducted from your refund along with any additional shipping fees the shipping carrier charged to return the package. If your order qualified for a free shipping promotion and was returned to us, the cost to ship the item will be deducted from your refund, or you will have to pay shipping to send the order again. Orders returned that need to ship to a different address will need to be refunded once received and inspected. You will have to place a new order for the items with your different address. 
 
Not Mint Deals Are Final Sale
Items that are sold as not in mint condition are final sale. They are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Not mint items are labeled as "Not Mint" in their names.
 
Trading Cards Are Final Sale
All trading card purchases including Pokemon Cards, Boxes, Packs, Cases, Singles are all sold FINAL SALE. No returns, no refunds, no returns. No exceptions. This is unfortunately due to the high level of buyer fraud with trying to return tampered items. 

Cancellation Policy

In Stock Orders
In effort to get your items to you as soon as possible, we are not usually able to accept cancellation requests once an order is placed. You can choose to contact us and we will try to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled.
 
Non-In Stock Orders
Pre-Order & Back Order items may be able to be cancelled. Please contact us to make this request. Pre-order items paid by credit card are charged as they arrive in our warehouse. Cancellations for charged pre-orders will be issued as store credit.
